I will remove and dispose of the original toilet to install a customer provided toliet with a new wax ring and closet bolts. The floor under the toilet will be disinfected and cleaned when it is pulled and the toilet flange will be inspected for any defects.

I will replace the customers kitchen with a customer provided kitchen faucet and replace the two 20” lavatory supply lines.

Replace the customers bathroom faucet with a customer provided lavatkry faucet by replacing both 29” supply lines and installing new he pop up assembly.

This job will consist of unclogging the toilet with the flower auger. There are rare occasions that the toilet has to be pulled in order to unclog it,  which would be addressed at the job site with homeowner.

We will replace the customers electric or gas water heater with a customer provided water heater and customer provided parts needed for code upgrade, all other small fittings I will provide. This price is for strictly labor. There is a $100 increase in price if water heater is located in attic or crawl space.
